Common questions

Watch strap replacement — FAQ

How much does a watch strap replacement cost?
Our straps range from S$10 for basic rubber and budget leather options to S$150 for premium leather and luxury rubber straps designed for high-end watches. Fitting is done on the spot at no extra charge when you purchase a strap from us.
How do I know what strap size my watch needs?
Strap width is measured in millimetres between the lugs, commonly 18mm, 20mm, 22mm or 24mm. Bring your watch in and we will measure the lug width and recommend compatible straps on the spot — no need to know the size beforehand.
Do you have straps for luxury watch brands?
Yes, we stock straps suited for Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, Cartier, Longines and other luxury brands, including premium leather and high-grade rubber options, in addition to straps for everyday and fashion watches.
Can I bring my own strap to be fitted?
Yes — if you already have a strap you'd like fitted, bring it in along with your watch and we can fit it for you, checking spring bars and lug width for a secure fit.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed. Walk in any day between 1:30PM and 7PM and we'll help you find and fit the right strap during your visit.
