Chronograph servicing timelines are confirmed at the point of assessment. We'll give you a clear collection date when you drop off your watch.

We're at People's Park Complex #03-62, Singapore — a one-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station, Exit C. By car, there's parking within the complex. We're open daily from 1:30PM to 7:00PM, including weekends and public holidays.

No appointment is needed for a free assessment. Walk in anytime during our opening hours (1:30PM–7PM daily) and we'll look at your watch on the spot and give you a quote. For confirmed repairs, we'll agree a collection date at the time of drop-off.
How often should I service my Rolex?
Rolex recommends a full service every 5–10 years under normal wear conditions. However, if you notice timekeeping drift (more than ±10 seconds per day), difficulty winding, or any moisture inside the crystal, bring it in promptly — these are early warning signs that a service is overdue.
Will servicing my Rolex here affect its value?
A well-documented service history — regardless of where it was done — generally supports value. We provide a written record of all work completed. We do not alter original parts unless necessary, and we flag any original components before replacing them, allowing you to decide. We never recommend unnecessary work.
