How long does Panerai repair take?

Standard models (Luminor Base, Radiomir): 7–14 working days. In-house calibre models (GMT, Chrono): 14–21 working days. Significantly faster than Panerai's authorised service centre (typically 3–6 months).

Can you service Panerai in-house calibres?

Yes. We service P.9000 (3-hand), P.9001 (GMT), P.9002, P.2002 (8-day manual), P.3000 (manual-wind), and the P.900 platform. ETA 6497/Unitas-based OP calibres in older models also accepted. Walk in for a free assessment.

My Panerai has moisture inside — what should I do?

Stop exposing the watch to water immediately. The crown-lock gasket or case seal has failed. Bring it in for inspection — caught early, a gasket replacement is straightforward. Left untreated, moisture corrodes the dial and movement.

How often should I service my Panerai?

Every 5 years. The large Luminor case protects the movement from dust but lubrication still degrades on schedule. Singapore's humidity means the 5-year interval is firm — don't extend it.

Do you service vintage Panerai (pre-2000)?

Yes. Pre-2000 Panerai with ETA 6497/Unitas movements are accepted. These movements are well-documented and parts are available. Quoted individually after inspection.
