Rolex Repair Services
We Specialise In

From a Datejust that's losing time to a Submariner with a seized bezel — we handle the full range of Rolex repairs. Rolex's Oyster case and in-house calibres are engineered to exacting tolerances, and we treat them accordingly.

⚙️

Movement Overhaul

Full strip-down, ultrasonic cleaning of every component, worn-part inspection and replacement, precision lubrication, and timing regulation across positions. We service Rolex's core calibres — Cal 3135, Cal 3235, Cal 3255 (Day-Date), Cal 4130 (Daytona), Cal 3186 and Cal 3285 (GMT-Master II) — with the care these movements demand. Turnaround: 14–21 working days.

🌊

Oyster Case Pressure Testing

Rolex's Oyster case is the foundation of the brand's water resistance — rated 100m on the Datejust, 300m on the Submariner, 1220m on the Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA. We pressure-test to your reference's rated depth after any service or case opening, replacing the Triplock or Twinlock crown gasket and caseback seal where required.

🔢

Chronograph Service (Daytona)

The Cal 4130 is Rolex's vertical-clutch column-wheel chronograph — a complex movement that rewards a proper service. We overhaul the base movement and chronograph module together, test all three chronograph pushers, and verify split-second timing accuracy before return. Quote provided after inspection.

🧭

GMT & Complication Service

GMT-Master II (Cal 3186 / Cal 3285), Sky-Dweller, and Yacht-Master serviced with full attention to the additional complication module. The GMT hand, 24-hour bezel, and second time-zone mechanism are tested through a full 24-hour cycle post-service. Quote provided after inspection.

💎

Crystal & Bezel Replacement

Cracked or scratched sapphire crystal replaced with correct sourced parts for your reference — including the Cyclops date magnifier on date models. Bezel inserts (ceramic, aluminium, gold) assessed and replaced where required. Full Oyster pressure test after fitting.

🔗

Bracelet & Clasp Service

Oyster, Jubilee, and President bracelets stretched, loose links re-pinned, and Oysterlock / Crownadjust clasps inspected and serviced. A loose bracelet is both uncomfortable and a security risk — we tighten and restore fit across all Rolex bracelet types.

Rolex Repair FAQ —
Singapore

Everything you want to know before bringing in your watch.

How much does Rolex repair cost in Singapore?

Movement overhaul starts from S$450 for standard references (Datejust, Oyster Perpetual, Explorer). Sport models (Submariner, GMT-Master II, Sea-Dweller) and the Daytona chronograph are quoted individually after a free assessment — pricing depends on the specific calibre and condition. All quotes are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

How long does Rolex servicing take?

Full mechanical movement overhauls typically take 14–21 working days. Crystal and bezel replacements can often be completed sooner. We provide a confirmed collection date when you drop off your watch, and update you on progress throughout.

Are you an authorised Rolex service centre?

No — we are an independent watch repair service, not an authorised Rolex dealer or service centre. We service Rolex watches using professional-grade tools and our own extensive experience with Rolex calibres. If your watch is under an active Rolex warranty, we recommend you contact Rolex directly to preserve it.

Where are you located, and how do I get there?

We're at People's Park Complex #03-62, Singapore — a one-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station, Exit C. There's parking within the complex. Open daily from 1:30PM to 7:00PM including weekends and public holidays.

Which Rolex models do you service?

We service the full Rolex range — Submariner, GMT-Master II, Daytona, Datejust, Day-Date, Explorer, Explorer II, Sea-Dweller, Sea-Dweller DEEPSEA, Oyster Perpetual, Milgauss, Yacht-Master, Sky-Dweller, Air-King, Cellini, and vintage references. WhatsApp us with your reference number for a specific quote.

Can you service my vintage Rolex?

Yes. We regularly service vintage Rolex references — including older Submariners, GMT-Masters, and Datejusts — and can source replacement gaskets, crystals, and worn movement components where available. Vintage servicing is always quoted individually after assessment.

How often should I service my Rolex?

Rolex recommends a full service approximately every 10 years under normal wearing conditions, though watchmakers generally suggest every 5–7 years for optimal accuracy and longevity. If your Rolex is losing or gaining time noticeably, the crown feels stiff, or there's any moisture visible inside the crystal, bring it in promptly regardless of the service interval.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment needed for a free assessment. Walk in anytime during opening hours (1:30PM–7PM daily) and we'll inspect your Rolex on the spot and provide a written quote. For confirmed repairs, we agree a collection date at drop-off.
