What We Fix
Omega Repair Services
We Specialise In
From a scratched sapphire crystal on your Seamaster to a sluggish co-axial escapement in a Speedmaster — we handle the full spectrum of Omega issues, with the precision these movements demand.
⚙️
Co-Axial & Movement Overhaul
We service Omega's co-axial escapement — a proprietary mechanism that most independent workshops turn away. This includes Cal 8500 / 8501 (Seamaster, De Ville), Cal 9300 / 9301 (Speedmaster, Aqua Terra), and older Cal 2500 co-axial movements. Full strip-down, ultrasonic cleaning, co-axial wheel alignment, correct lubrication, and timing regulation to Master Chronometer standards (±0 to +5 sec/day where achievable). From S$390.
💎
Crystal Replacement
Cracked, scratched, or fogged sapphire crystal replaced with a correctly-specced piece — flat or curved, anti-reflective coated or plain. Followed by water resistance testing to OEM standards. Quote after inspection.
🔩
Crown & Stem Repair
Stuck, loose, or stripped crowns diagnosed and resolved across Seamaster, Aqua Terra, and Speedmaster references. Includes tube and gasket service to restore water resistance integrity. Quote after inspection.
💧
Water Resistance Testing
Pressure testing to your Omega model's rated depth — essential after any case opening. Full gasket and seal replacement where required. Particularly important for the Seamaster and Planet Ocean lines.

Common Questions
Omega Repair FAQ —
Singapore
Everything you want to know before bringing in your Omega.
Can you service Omega co-axial movements?
Yes — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. Omega's co-axial escapement (found in calibres 8500, 8501, 9300, 9301, and older 2500 series) is a proprietary mechanism with tighter tolerances than a standard lever escapement. It requires specialised tools for co-axial wheel alignment, specific lubricants that differ from conventional escapements, and experience with the geometry of the co-axial impulse faces. Most independent watch shops in Singapore either send these movements to Omega's authorised centre or decline the work entirely. We service them in-house. If your Seamaster, Speedmaster, or De Ville has a co-axial movement and needs a service, WhatsApp us with the calibre reference and we'll give you a straight answer on turnaround and cost.
How much does Omega repair cost in Singapore?
Mechanical movement overhaul starts from S$390. Crystal replacement, crown and stem repair, and chronograph servicing (including Speedmaster Cal 9300 chronograph work) are each quoted individually after a free inspection — the exact price depends on your model and condition, and is always confirmed with you before any work begins.
How long does Omega servicing take?
Minor repairs such as crown and stem work or crystal replacement can often be completed within a few days. Full mechanical movement overhauls — including Omega's co-axial escapement calibres — typically take 3–20 working days. Chronograph servicing timelines are confirmed at the point of assessment. We'll give you a clear collection date when you drop off your watch.
Where are you located, and how do I get there?
We're at People's Park Complex #03-62, Singapore — a one-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station, Exit C. By car, there's parking within the complex. We're open daily from 1:30PM to 7:00PM, including weekends and public holidays.
Which Omega models do you service?
We service all Omega models including the Speedmaster Professional, Seamaster 300, Seamaster Diver 300M, Aqua Terra, Planet Ocean, Constellation, De Ville, Railmaster, and Globemaster — across current and vintage references, including older manual-wind calibres. If you're unsure whether we can help with a specific reference, just WhatsApp us.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed for a free assessment. Walk in anytime during our opening hours (1:30PM–7PM daily) and we'll look at your Omega on the spot and give you a quote. For confirmed repairs, we'll agree a collection date at the time of drop-off.
How often should I service my Omega?
Omega recommends a full service every 5–8 years under normal wear conditions. However, if you notice timekeeping drift (more than ±10 seconds per day on a co-axial movement, which is designed for high accuracy), difficulty winding, or any moisture inside the crystal, bring it in promptly — these are early warning signs that a service is overdue.
Will servicing my Omega here affect its value?
A well-documented service history — regardless of where it was done — generally supports value. We provide a written record of all work completed. We do not alter original parts unless necessary, and we flag any original components before replacing them, allowing you to decide. We never recommend unnecessary work.
