Everything you want to know before bringing in your watch.
Can you replace the battery in my Tag Heuer?
Yes — battery replacement for Tag Heuer quartz models starts from S$20. This covers Formula 1, Link, and other quartz references. We fit a Swiss Renata cell (the same brand used by Tag Heuer's authorised centres), inspect for battery leakage on the contacts, check the crown and caseback gaskets, and pressure-test waterproofing before and after the service. It's done while you wait — 15 to 30 minutes. Tag Heuer's water resistance ratings (50m for Formula 1, 200m for Aquaracer) are only as good as the seal — so we never skip the waterproof test after opening the case.
How much does Tag Heuer repair cost in Singapore?
Mechanical movement overhaul starts from S$350. Crystal replacement, crown and stem repair, and chronograph servicing are each quoted individually after a free inspection — the exact price depends on your model and condition, and is always confirmed with you before any work begins.
How long does Tag Heuer servicing take?
Minor repairs such as crown and stem work or crystal replacement can often be completed within a few days. Full mechanical movement overhauls typically take 7–12 working days. Chronograph servicing timelines are confirmed at the point of assessment. We'll give you a clear collection date when you drop off your watch.
Where are you located, and how do I get there?
We're at People's Park Complex #03-62, Singapore — a one-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station, Exit C. By car, there's parking within the complex. We're open daily from 1:30PM to 7:00PM, including weekends and public holidays.
Which Tag Heuer models do you service?
We service all Tag Heuer models including the Carrera, Monaco, Aquaracer, Formula 1, Link, Autavia, Grand Carrera, Connected, and vintage Heuer references — across current and discontinued calibres including the Calibre 16, Calibre 1887, and Heuer-02. If you're unsure whether we can help with a specific reference, just WhatsApp us.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed for a free assessment. Walk in anytime during our opening hours (1:30PM–7PM daily) and we'll look at your watch on the spot and give you a quote. For confirmed repairs, we'll agree a collection date at the time of drop-off.
How often should I service my Tag Heuer?
Tag Heuer recommends a full service every 3–5 years under normal wear conditions for mechanical watches. Quartz models typically need a battery change every 2–3 years, with a full service check at that point. If you notice timekeeping drift, difficulty winding, moisture inside the crystal, or a sticky chronograph, bring it in promptly.
Will servicing my Tag Heuer here affect its value?
A well-documented service history — regardless of where it was done — generally supports value. We provide a written record of all work completed. We do not alter original parts unless necessary, and we flag any original components before replacing them, allowing you to decide. We never recommend unnecessary work.
